Meet the Coaches
I’m a USA Today bestselling author, writing instructor, and book coach. I earned my MFA in Writing Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University and now am adjunct faculty for the program. I’m open to coaching romance (adult, NA, and YA, all subgenres), women’s fiction, and non-fiction.
I’m an indie author, editor, and book writing coach. I help genre novelists improve their craft and specialize in writing with emotional impact. I have a special affinity for sexy romance, suspense, and character-driven science fiction. I also work with non-fiction authors.
We know you come to us to improve your writing, and we respect that by providing honest, growth-oriented feedback. That means we will tell you what you’re doing right but will also offer tough love in areas that need improvement. We’ve spent years studying writing, and we are eager to share what we’ve learned with a coaching plan that meets you where you are today.
You can request a coach, but we will also weigh in on which of us feels best able to help you. Please note our standard coaching packages below, then contact us at YourBestBookInfo@gmail.com.
“Charlee’s suggestions and insight made my writing stronger and more real while her gentle encouragement gave me the confidence to work harder to complete my novel.”
BARBARA WHITAKER, AUTHOR OF KITTY’S WAR“Priscilla was a fantastic teacher. She was thoughtful and helpful in her discussions with me and with the other students. She really inspired me and has helped me work on my first novel.”

Important Notes
Phone calls: When included, phone calls must stick to the stated length of time. We enjoy talking writing but feel it is best to keep coaching calls focused and productive.
Coaching is not editing. We will sometimes point out typos, misused words, and grammar errors, but coaching is not a copyediting or proofreading service. When there is an ongoing pattern throughout the manuscript, we will comment on it the first few times and leave it to you to apply from there. The goal of book coaching is not to fix small errors, but to help you make your story stronger.
